This object is used to configure the C4 CMTS to accept minimum downstream frequency limit that conform with the EuroDOCSIS specifications (starndard range 112 MHz to 858 MHz), (extended 85 MHz to 999MHz) or to the DOCSIS specifications (standard 91 to 867 MHz), (extended range 57 MHz to 999 MHz). Changes to downstream frequency and width are verified against this object to ensure the C4 CMTS does not exceed the downstream spectrum limits imposed by this object. Attempting to increase the minimum downstream frequency limit implied by this object will fail if at least a single downstream is configured outside of the range for the new value. It is recommended this object be set during initial system setup.
