Enumeration
This object indicates, whether VC#0 shall be allowed on the link. If this object is set to enable, VC#0 is allowed and the value -1 shall be used to indicate the absence of specified channels. This invalidates old configurations, for which a value of 0 specifies the absense of a specified channel. However, for compatibility reasons, if this object is not set to enabled, the values -1 or 0 may be used to specify the absence of a channel.
