When the S-tag TPID filtering is configured in the
zxAnVlanIfTpidFilterConfTable, the interface will filter the
packets with zxAnVlanIfTpidFilterStagTpid.
            
When the S-tag TPID filtering is not configured in the
zxAnVlanIfTpidFilterConfTable, the interface will filter the
packets with zxAnVlanTpidFilterConfStagTpid.
            
When the S-tag TPID filtering is not configured in the
zxAnVlanIfTpidFilterConfTable and zxAnVlanTpidFilterConfTable, it
means the S-tag TPID filtering is disabled.
