supported.
portsTableSupported(0): value 1 means zxAnUapsPrimaryPortsTable
and zxAnUapsSecondaryPortsTable are supported. In this case,
the UAPS primary port list and second port list should be
created or deleted by zxAnUapsPrimaryPortsTable and
zxAnUapsSecondaryPortsTable, instead of the
zxAnUapsPrimaryPortList and zxAnUapsPrimaryPortList.
