vpwsConfigPwLocalIfParmsList

For auto-discovered LDP-signalled PWs, this object
provides the index for a list of interface parameters
given in the pwLocalIfParmsTable that should be signalled
for PWs in this VPWS.
              
If vpwsConfigPwLocalIfParmsList is set to zero for a PW,
this indicates that no additional interface parameters
should be signaled.  It is also legal for
vpwsConfigPwLocalIfParmsList to indicate a list containing
no active rows, which has the same effect as setting
vpwsConfigPwLocalIfParmsList to zero.

information.
              
This is only used when using BGP auto-discovery with LDP
signaling (vpwsConfigADType = bgp and vpwsConfigSigType =
ldp).
              
Changing this value will cause an interruption to data
flow for this VPWS.
