VPWS Configuration Table.
          
This table specifies information for configuring and
monitoring Virtual Private Wire Services (VPWS).
          
Note that any changes made to this table when
vpwsStatusOperStatus is 'up' may cause the VPWS to be
deactivated (vpwsStatusOperStatus 'down') before the change
is made.  The VPWS will then attempt to re-activate.  The
VPWS may or may not re-activate depending on the validity of
the new configuration.
