column IF-MIBInterfaceIndex 
This is a unique index for an entry in the
MplsVPNInterfaceConfTable. A non-zero index for an
entry indicates the ifIndex for the corresponding
interface entry in the MPLS-VPN-layer in the ifTable.
Note that this table does not necessarily correspond
one-to-one with all entries in the Interface MIB
having an ifType of MPLS-layer; rather, only those
which are enabled for MPLS/BGP VPN functionality.

recommended that values are assigned contiguously starting
from 1.  The value for each interface sub-layer must remain
constant at least from one re-initialization of the entity's
network management system to the next re-initialization.
