Sets the TPNCP location on the Operation, Administration and
Management (OAM) network, when operating in multiple IPs mode.
If this parameter is set and the machine is working in multiple
IPs mode, TPNCP is located on the OAM network.
0 = TPNCP on Control network
1 = TPNCP on OAM network.
Access: Offline.
