The maximum duration in seconds that an Adsl Pots Low
Pass Filter Bypass Relay will remain active (meaning
closed/energized). As a fail-safe mechanism, the relay
will automatically return a line back to normal
operational mode when this timer has expired.
              
This object is only valid for Adsl Pots Splitter
cards containing the Pots LPF Bypass Relays.
