gInpReinCfg - The minimum downstream impulse protection against 
electrical repetitive impulse noise (REIN) in DMT symbols. The valid 
values are all integers from 0 to 7 for system with a sub-carrier 
spacing of 4.3125 kHz. The valid values are all integers from 0 to 13 
for system with a sub-carrier spacing of 8.625 kHz. ITU-T G.998.4 7.1.1
