zhoneVdslLineAlarmConfThresh1DayUASs

This object configures the threshold for the number of 
unavailable seconds (UASs) within any given 1-day performance 
data collection interval.  If the value of unavailable seconds 
in a particular 1-day collection interval reaches/exceeds this 
value, a zhoneVdslPerfUasThreshNotification notification will
be generated.  No more than one notification will be sent
per interval
