zhoneVdslLineAlarmConfThresh1DayLofs

This object configures the threshold for the number of loss 
of frame seconds (LOFs) within any given 1-day performance
data collection interval.  If the value of loss of frame 
seconds in a particular 1-day collection interval reaches/exceeds
this value, a zhoneVdslPerfLofsThreshNotification notification 
will be generated.  No more than one notification will be sent
per interval
