The INM Equivalent Inp histogram during this 15 minutes interval. An array of 68 octets (each 4 octets means amount of a bin of histogram), designed for supporting from 1 to 17 bins of the histogram. The particular index of the bin incremented by an impulse noise event is equal to the computed value of equivalent INP, except the 17th of anomaly INPEQ, which logs all equivalent INPs greater than 16. Each bin has a value in the range 0x0 to 0xFFFFFFFF.
