network administrator or by an SNMP agent as
instructed by any MPLS signalling protocol.
An entry in this table referenced by a tunnel instance
with zero zxr10MplsTunnelInstance value indicates a
configured set of resource parameter. An entry
referenced by a tunnel instance with a non-zero
zxr10MplsTunnelInstance reflects the in-use resource
parameters for the tunnel instance which may have
been negotiated or modified by the MPLS signaling
protocols.
