This attribute represents the Traffic Scheduler-G ME instance that serves this Traffic 
Scheduler. Upon autonomous instantiation this attribute is null (0x0000). This pointer 
is used when this Traffic Scheduler is connected to another Traffic Scheduler, it is null 
otherwise. The default value is 0x0000.
