It is used to synchronize the start time of all Monitoring managed entities of the ONT with the reference time of the OLT and to reset the registers of the Monitoring managed entities. The effect of this action is that all counters of all Monitoring managed entities are set to 0x00 and restart counting. Also, the value of the Interval End Time attribute of the Monitoring managed entities is set to 0x00 and restarts counting.
