This attribute selects which AAL 1 format should be used. It applies to structured 
interfaces only. For unstructured interfaces, this value, if present, must be set to 
the default of 0x00. The valid values are basic (0x01), e1Cas (0x02), sfCas (0x03), 
ds1EsfCas (0x04), and j2Cas (0x05).
