zxDsx1Channelization

Indicates whether this ds1/e1 is channelized or
unchannelized.  The value of enabledDs0 indicates
that this is a DS1 channelized into DS0s.  The
value of enabledDs1 indicated that this is a DS2
channelized into DS1s.  Setting this value will
cause the creation or deletion of entries in the
ifTable for the DS0s that are within the DS1.
