             it will affect only current real-time PM object, 
             such as zxAnXdsl2PMChCurrTransmittedBlks,

             zxAnXdsl2PMChCurrErroredBlks.   
                                                    
             The PM result of history will not be reset, 
             and the current PM result of 15 minutes and 1 day 
             will be unaffected too.
