ifindex and zxAnSubIfIndex.
            
To create an entry, variables zxAnPortIdIfOperPrf and
zxAnPortIdIfOperPrfRowStatus must be included in one SNMP set 
operation.
            
After an entry is created, variable zxAnPortIdIfOperPrf can be 
modified.
