OctetString
ONU list, in order to switch ONU protection. First to find out the work PON port by 'zxAnPonProtectGroupId',then the ONUs all belong to the work PON port. The use of 32-octet specifies 256 ONU. Each octet within this field specifies a set of eight ONUs, with the first octet specifying ONU 1 through 8, the second octet specifying ONU 9 through 16, etc. If that bit has a value of '1' then indicates ONU exists. Reading operation is prohibited.
