The management capabilities of MDI (Media Delivery Index).
The bit value 1 means the function represented by this bit is
supported by this equipment.
bit 0: value 1 means supporting zxAnMdiMonitorVideoPrfTable, and
zxAnMdiMonitorVideoPrf in zxAnMdiMonitorConfTable.
bit 1: value 1 means the syntax of zxAnMdiMonitorStartTime is
DateAndTime, otherwise the syntax is TimeTicks.
bit 2: value 1 means supporting zxAnMdiMonitorSrcIpAddressType,
zxAnMdiMonitorSrcIpAddress and zxAnMdiMonitorDirection in
zxAnMdiMonitorConfTable.
bit 3: value 1 means supporting zxAnMdiMonitorDestUdpPort in
zxAnMdiMonitorConfTable.
bit 4: value 1 means supporting zxAnMdiMonitorGemPort in
zxAnMdiMonitorConfTable.
