PON port identifier.
This attribute is valid when zxAnGponSrvPonIdEnable is enabled(1).
If zxAnGponSrvPonIdFormat is ascii(1) then the value is ASCII 
string, if zxAnGponSrvPonIdFormat is hex(2) then the value is
hex data. For G-PON, the length of PON-ID should be 1 to 7 bytes. 
For XG-PON, the length of PON-ID should be 1 to 4 bytes.
