If NE version doesn't support zxAnGponSrvOltLosDyingGsp trap, then 
a zxGponOltLOS trap is sent when the agent has detected that the 
PON port is loss of signal and the alarm reasons of 
zxAnGponSrvPonLosReason is the following:
      allOnuPowerOff(1),
      fiberBroken(2),
      allOnuNeverOnline(3),
      otherReasons(4),
      lastOnuOffline(5).
If NE version supports zxAnGponSrvOltLosDyingGsp trap, then a 
zxAnGponSrvOltLosAlm trap is sent when the agent has detected that 
the PON port is loss of signal and the alarm reasons of 
zxAnGponSrvPonLosReason is the fiberBroken(2).
The 'IfType' of ifIndex supports 1 (physical interface)
and 5 (PON channel).
