zxAnGponSrvCapabilities

The PON capabilities of this equipment.
The bit value 1 means the function represented by this bit is
supported by this equipment.            
bit 0: value 1 means supporting ONU PSK registration mode.
bit 1: value 1 means adding zxAnGponSrvBwPrfPriority and
    zxAnGponSrvBwPrfWeight two attributes to the 
    zxAnGponSrvBandwidthPrfTable.
bit 2: value 1 means adding zxAnGponOnuMgmtChannelId attribute
    to the zxAnGponSrvOnuMgmtTable.
bit 3: value 1 means supporting 200 bytes for zxAnGponOnuMgmtDesc.  
bit 5: value 1 means adding and modifying the enumeration value of
    zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode. When the bit is 1, the
    zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode value ranges from 1 to 4.
    When the bit is 0, the zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode value
    ranges from 1 to 2. When the bit is 1 and
    zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode is 2, the value of
    zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode indicates manualAllocId.
    When the bit is 0 and zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode is 2,
    the value of zxAnGponSrvResoureIdAssginMode indicates manual.
