Object

column OctetString 
This attribute identifies ONU's region code. It contains the
vendor and region code. The first three bytes are an 
ASCII-encoded three-letter vendor 'ZTE'. The following two 
bytes are a binary encoded region code. The remaining 20 bytes
are all zeros, as reserved.
