When this value is x in decimal, the BER threshold for SDi/SD is 10^(-x).The valid values are from 4 to 10 inclusive. Please note that the SD threshold shall be smaller than the SF threshold. This means that the value of x shall be larger than the value of y. Upon autonomous instantiation, this attribute consists of 9. This variable must comply with the multi-variables binding rule described in 'zxAnGponRmAniSfThresh'.
