This attribute specifies the transmit power level the ONU uses to
declare the low transmit optical power alarm. Its value is a 2s
complement integer referred to 1 mW (ie dBm), with 0.5 dB
granularity. The default value -63.5 (0x81) selects the ONU's
internal policy.(1 byte)
The multi-variables binding rule should be complied with
when a manager configures PON ANI. According to this rule,
'zxAnGponRmAniLowerTxOptThresh' and
'zxAnGponRmAniUpperTxOptThresh' must be included or
not included together in one SNMP set operation.
The range (1..10|129) is valid for C300 serial.
The range (0..40|129|216..255) is valid for C600 serial.
