There is an entry in this table for every provisioned PPP 
interface.  Rows in this table are created or deleted when 
a row in the pppInterfaceTable is created or deleted using 
pppIfRowStatus.  Therefore, objects in this table cannot
be set in the same SNMP PDU as the objects used to create
a row in the pppInterfaceTable.
