Object

column r/w IF-MIBInterfaceIndex 
The ifIndex of the lower layer interface to which this PPP
interface should be bound.  Since PPP interfaces are always
statically bound, this value can never be zero.
Upon setting this field, the ifStack will be modified to reflect
the appropriate binding.  This object is required for row creation.
