An entry exists in the pppAuthenticationTable for each set
of data used for PPP authentication. A set of PPP
authentication data can be used for incoming authentication,
outgoing authentication or both.  A row can be created/deleted 
using pppAuthRowStatus.  
            
The next available pppAuthId value can be obtained using
pppNextAuthId.
