scalar r/w Bits

Bridge command filters bit mask.   
          
If a bridge filter is enabled then the associated bridge filter
value must be included in the SNMP packet.
          
If the bridge filter mask is all zeros then no filters will
be applied and the bridge command will apply to all bridges
in the system.
