Object

notification 
A notification is sent when the VCL OAM F4 Ping succeeds or
fails.  The entity is identified by its ifIndex, vpi and vci
values in the trap instance OIDs.
          
zhoneAtmVclExtOamF4PingStatus value of true
indicates successful Ping, otherwise unsuccessful Ping.
