Object
column SNMPv2-TCTruthValue
A true value indicates that the CPE is constrained such that transmitted call control packets use the same Ethernet tagging (VLAN ID Ethernet Priority) as transmitted RTP packets. If the value is true, the CPE MUST NOT support the VLANIDMark or EthernetPriorityMark parameters within a call control object (e.g., SIP, MGCP, or H323). This parameter is applicable only for a VoIP endpoint.

How SNMP and these commands workWalk the column to discover its indexed instances, or supply every index to read one instance.
Walk the column
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUs -m 'ZHNVOICE' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/zhone:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'ZHNVOICE::ethernetTaggingCoupled'
More examples
Read one indexed instance
/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUv -m 'ZHNVOICE' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/zhone:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'ZHNVOICE::ethernetTaggingCoupled.<voiceServiceIndex>'
Translate to a numeric OID
/usr/bin/snmptranslate -Pud -Ir -On -m 'ZHNVOICE' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/zhone:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'ZHNVOICE::ethernetTaggingCoupled'
