follow the URL rules for the HTTP[S] protocol outlined in
RFC2396 (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2396.txt). When this setting's value changes
zbrWeblinkPrinterResetRequired will be set to yes to indicate that the printer must
be reset for this setting to take effect.
