column mandatory r/w OctetString 
A 4-byte octet-string indicating a change performed by the SW Redundancy task.
The string will include:  
Byte 1: Group1 (module number).
Byte 2 : Port1 
Byte 3 : Group2
Byte 4 : port2 
Where group2 port2 are the new enabled port.
