This object gives the exponent part of the Media Err Frames current.
It is represented in powers of 10. The mantissa part is 
defined in xklChannelHostSideRxBERErrFramesCurrentMantissa. 
Media Err Frames current is expressed in Scientific E notation 
with two decimal places.
              
Example: The value -11 represents the exponent value of 10 to 
the power of -11.
