This object reset the registers for the RF input level
and All Time High level this seven days period and
counters for the next seven days period of time
              
Note. For protected rlMLE and rlXfMLE terminals this
command will reset both Ra1 and Ra2 values.

Far end access: read-write  (Traffic Node only)
