Enables edge to edge printing for interpreters that try to
enforce a coordinate system that is offset from the edge of the
paper, e.g., PCL.
When On,  jobs are printed to the edge of the paper.
When Off, jobs are printed in normal printable area of page.
              
The value 'other' shall mean not specified.
