Usage:  For example, a terminal might use 'textLine'.
              
Usage:  'mediaImage' - SHOULD be used ONLY for softcopy
        INPUT page images (scan, copy, fax, etc.).
        'mediaImpression' - SHOULD be used ONLY for hardcopy
        OUTPUT page impressions (print, copy, fax, etc.)
        'mediaSheet' - SHOULD be used ONLY for hardcopy
        OUTPUT and does NOT always equal output pages
        (e.g., duplex or N-up printing).
