To create a row in this table, a manager must
set this object to 'createAndGo'. The server 
added will only be effective when NTP client is 
enabled.
To create entry in the table use SNMP multiple set operation
and following objects must be set 
wwpLeosNtpServerAddr and wwpLeosNtpServerStatus.
