Get will always return 0. Set will start Remote Spectrum Analyzer on specified LUID. *Warning* This will cause the SM to disconnect from the AP! You will lose the session for the specified duration! If general error was returned then the LUID does not have an active session, or the SM does not support Remote Spectrum Analysis.
