Setting zero disables distance handoff. This value is only active
when `cfgWlanHoProfile` is set to T2Gv3.
              
Typical ranging measurement period values are in the range from
200 ms to 1000 ms. Values lower than 100 ms are not recommended.
              
Applies to STA. 802.11n products only.
