Interface of a specific type, defined over a
specific Frame Relay Interface.
Note that although the MIB model allow for two
SubFR I/Fs to have the same ifIndex and have
different Frame Relay I/Fs or FR types, the agent
will allow only a single suc interface - the first
one defined.
