This parameter, when set to 'true' indicates that the framer settings of the bearer shall be selected such that the impulse noise protection computed according to the formula specified in the relevant Recommendation is greater than or equal to the minimal impulse noise protection requirement. This flag shall have the same value for all the bearers of one line in the same direction.
