cpmAcGroupReset

Reset group command: this is an 8 character hexadecimal
value representing a 32-bit field of flags, of which
only the least significant 4 are used. Set to 1 the
following bits to reset a group:
  bit0 = min values
  bit1 = max values
  bit2 = peak values
  bit3 = demand values
