tnSysSetRequestErrorMessage

If this attribute is set to any value and it
is the first attribute in a multi-set request
varbind list and one of the other attributes
in the multi-set request varbind list failed
to set, the response PDU will contain an error
message.  The error message will be the value
of attribute tnSysSetRequestErrorMessage in the
response PDU.  If there are no set failures,
the value of tnSysSetRequestErrorMessage in the
response PDU will be unchanged.
          
When read, this attribute will return an empty
string.
