tnSysIpAclIpv6FilterPatternIndex

The values of 1 to 256 represent the insertion
point for the specified pattern on the filter
list.  If there is already a pattern defined at
the specified index, the new pattern entry will
replace the previous one.  The value of 0
represents user input filterID without giving
the pattern index.  Front end users will use 0
for setting.
