Specifies bw (currently covering all LTE BW). Valid values: 1 = 1.4MHz 2 = 3MHz 3 = 5MHz 4 = 10MHz 5 = 15MHz 6 = 20MHz This parameter can be modified only when roe is shutdown. And the modification of this parameter may cause traffic interrupt and need to modify it in both roe mapper and demapper so that the new value can work.
