Specifies the ECC type of the referred ECC channel.
              
Default:
  gcc0 if NETIF addresses an OTU
  gcc1 if NETIF addresses an ODU.
              
Refer to the 1830 PSS R6.0 XCOM RRS for valid
values of eccchnl supported on facility and
shelf and slot and port ranges for each supported
circuit pack type.
